Terms and Conditions of Membership
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the membership relationship between FIT LIFE Fitness Club and the individual who has signed below ("The Member"). By applying for and/or maintaining membership at The Club, the Member expressly acknowledges their commitment to all of the following clauses:
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1 Membership is granted at the sole discretion of The Club.
1.2 The Club reserves the absolute right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any application or membership without an obligation to provide justification.
2. Fees and Payments
2.1 All membership fees, subscription charges, deposits, and any other fees must be paid in advance, according to the financial schedule in effect at the time of registration.
2.2 All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.
2.3 Failure to make payment by the due date will be considered a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the suspension or termination of membership without prior notice.
3. Facility Access
3.1 Membership grants a personal, non-transferable right to enter and use The Club's facilities, during official operating hours and in accordance with the purchased membership type.
3.2 Presentation of a membership card or approved digital ID is required for entry.
3.3 The Club reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas, classes, or services, which may require additional fees.
4. Rules of Conduct
4.1 The Member shall at all times adhere to The Club's policies, regulations, and instructions issued by the staff.
4.2 Appropriate athletic attire, including dedicated footwear, must be worn.
4.3 Disruptive behavior, harassment, the use of abusive language, or any other inappropriate or unsafe conduct is considered a direct cause for the suspension or termination of membership.
4.4 The consumption of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco products within The Club's facilities is strictly prohibited.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 The Member acknowledges that they are in good health and are capable of using the facilities, and they assume full responsibility for their participation in athletic activities.
5.2 The Club, its owners, managers, employees, and agents bear no responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, or death arising from the use of the facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
5.3 The Member must immediately inform The Club's staff of any injury, accident, or unsafe condition.
6. Personal Property
6.1 The Member is solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.
6.2 Lockers are designated for temporary, daily use only. Belongings are not to be left overnight, and The Club reserves the right to remove them without assuming any liability.
6.3 The Club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property, regardless of the cause.
7. Suspension and Termination
7.1 The Club reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate membership in the following cases:
Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Inappropriate behavior or conduct that harms The Club's reputation.
Failure to pay fees.
7.2 The Member may request a temporary suspension of membership for medical or travel reasons, subject to The Club's sole discretion and approval.
8. Modifications
8.1 The Club retains the sole right to amend, change, or replace these Terms and Conditions, membership fees, or rules of conduct at any time.
8.2 Notification of amendments is considered sufficient when posted within The Club's facilities or sent electronically to members.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
9.1 The Club processes and retains the Member’s personal data in accordance with applicable privacy protection laws and regulations.
9.2 The Club will not disclose personal data without the Member’s consent, unless required by law.
